    Impressed by the modernity and cleanliness of my executive studio. Double glazing helped keep the room peaceful. The kitchenette was well-equipped. I loved relaxing in the beautiful pool after cycling. The location was ideal for visiting the Stone Store and downtown. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was genuinely cute. Only downside was the creaking noises from the walls at night, quite distracting during sleep. A good stay despite that one hiccup.

    Location right by the shops, restaurants, and supermarkets and the center and Kerikeri. Nearby Rocksalt Bar and Restaurant - great place to chill out. Neat & spotless unit with Netflix etc as well as good bathroom.

    The service was fantastic with parking onsite. The staff were courteous and pleasant and the location was stunning good to be able to walk to "everything" from here.

    The layout of the rooms can feel cramped, especially navigating around the kitchenette with awkwardly placed storage and appliances. The entrance to the studio was further from the parking area than expected. Sound echoes quite a bit in the internal hallway, so be prepared for a bit of noise if the neighbors are chatting. Plus, the spa pool was closed during the visit, disappointing for those looking to relax after hours of adventure.

    Recommend it for families seeking comfort

    The staff were so friendly, they went out of their way to get us a grater and kitchen scissors just because we asked. The cleaning was excellent, I mean, the microwave was sparkling clean, like it's never been used! It.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive but honestly worth it.

    great and incredible location to attractions like a contemporary art gallery, that was extremely close to the hotel. i got complimentary double room with a patio to sit out on as an upgrade, nice gesture. the staff was courteous, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests.

    The receptionist was very friendly, the units are quite spacious and private and ideal for families. The setting backing onto gardens is very pleasant and natural, and it is right in the middle of the Kerikeri shopping area.

    Would have liked more security on the windows so we could sleep with them open, apparently this is a low crime area, but even so...On Saturday night there was audible noise from the hotel although this had ceased by midnight.

    I stayed for two nights as a couple and had a fantastic time. The queen room with garden view felt very spacious and clean, making it a great base to explore the nearby attractions like the Masterpieces Art Gallery and KeriKeri New Zealand, both just a short walk away. I especially loved the beautiful pool area. it was a perfect way to unwind after a day out. Definitely planning to come back in the future!

    The manager Donna was fantastic and recommended a beautiful restaurant. The swimming pool was also gorgeous.

    I thought the pillows were not the best but only because I came home with a painful crick in my neck

    The motel's location is excellent, being close to essential shops and the fine pool area where my family enjoyed countless hours. The hospitality was warm.

    As we arrived after hours the contact I had with the Motel during my journey was fabulous. Directions provided were clear and exact.We had our smoke alarm go off as the kettle was faulty and the reception from Donna the next morning was outstanding.
